What to Expect from the Procedure
Once you have been screened and deemed a good candidate for the procedure, you will schedule an appointment to have your mini implants placed.
We provide a treatment known as Fix-on-Six, which involves implanting six posts to hold your snap-in dentures. For top and bottom dentures, you will receive 12 total mini dental implant posts, which will be your base for your dentures.
If you have a dental phobia or anxiety and are concerned about only having local anesthesia for the procedure, you can discuss sedation options with your dentist during your consultation.
Mini dental implants are a minimally invasive procedure. We primarily use conscious sedation options for anxious patients instead of general anesthesia unless completely necessary.
